At Gradiscent Academy, I conduct online and classroom Spoken English training for students, job seekers, and working professionals. I prepare lessons and practical speaking activities, and provide individual feedback to help learners improve fluency, pronunciation, and confidence.

At Anudip Foundation, I delivered soft skills training as Senior Soft Skill Faculty and led a team of Soft Skill Faculties as part of the BRAC project. I also contributed to curriculum development, and received the Best Faculty of the year 2023 award.
