At Dronacharya P.G. College of Education, I deliver English communication, soft-skills, and interview-readiness training for BBA, BCA, B.Ed., and M.Ed. students.
I've coordinated the Training & Development Cell, led mock interviews, spoken-English and personality-development workshops, and guided learners for declamation, debate, and public-speaking competitions. Since 2011, I've also coordinated IQAC initiatives, supporting academic quality assurance and NAAC documentation.
I'm the author of Let's Talk and Smart Skills, a two-time Rotary Best Teacher Award recipient, and an editorial member of Gyankosh - International Journal of Educational Research.
