What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality engineering and Agile delivery teams where I can scale automation, strengthen release governance, coach QA talent, and improve predictable enterprise software delivery.

At Annalect India, part of Omnicom Media Group, I lead end-to-end QA and people management for a team of five QA engineers while serving as Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile teams.

I've grown automation coverage to 80%, reduced regression cycles from 16 hours to 6 hours, and improved defect leakage by 50%. I own QA strategy, release readiness, quality gates, sign-off decisions, dashboards, and metrics across enterprise products.

I partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to resolve release risks, refine user stories, and keep delivery predictable. I also coach teams on Agile practices, remove impediments, and conduct more than nine QA candidate interviews each month.

Across Annalect India and Mphasis, I've built test strategies and regression suites, standardized QA processes, and supported the transition from manual testing to an automation-led quality model.
