What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own people management, process excellence, and stakeholder engagement—building governance-driven QA programs. I want to lead test strategy, metrics, and audit-ready processes while guiding automation and risk-based quality.

I’m a results-driven QA Manager with 12.5+ years of experience leading quality assurance initiatives across IT, ERP, banking, mortgage, and manufacturing domains. I build and mentor high-performing QA teams while governing test strategy end-to-end and aligning quality programs to business objectives.

I’m focused on leadership, people management, process excellence, and stakeholder engagement—not hands-on technical execution. In recent roles, I’ve owned end-to-end QA strategy (including regression planning and result analysis), driven process documentation and audit readiness via Confluence, and coordinated release governance and defect triage with cross-functional stakeholders.

I also strengthen delivery through automation and quality governance: I’ve configured Jenkins for automated regression scheduling, championed UiPath and Ranorex to reduce manual effort (over 40%), and contributed to core QA framework development with UFT/QTP and Selenium.
