What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a high-impact leadership role where I can leverage partnership management, institutional advancement, grant administration, and grassroots trust-building.

At Natural State's Centre for Nature Economy, I'm leading foundational operations, Phase 1 construction coordination, admissions for over 1,070 applicants, governance policies, and international Yale ELTI leadership-course delivery.

Previously at Mukutan Conservancy and Northern Rangelands Trust, I built community project and governance frameworks, mediated water and resource-sharing negotiations that reduced disputes by 30%, and helped increase women and youth board representation by 15%.

I've worked across 39 conservancies in 11 Northern Kenyan counties, bringing grant administration, stakeholder engagement, rights-based community consultation, training coordination, and institutional development to high-impact partnerships.
