What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can use my Spanish fluency, patience, and problem-solving to resolve issues quickly, support safe and organized service, and strengthen customer satisfaction through strong teamwork and empathy.

I’m a dedicated professional pursuing a customer service position where I can use my strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for helping others. I’m fluent in Spanish and bring patience, empathy, and excellent attention to detail to every interaction.

From retail and customer-facing roles to leading youth programs, I’ve handled telephone calls, wrote orders, resolved problems, and supported accurate order documentation, including invoices and packing slips.
