What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a trust and safety or fraud prevention role where I can investigate risk signals, enforce policies, protect users and business interests, and contribute to high-volume operational excellence.

I'm currently investigating potentially fraudulent transactions, account activity, and customer behavior at TTEC India Customer Solutions. I analyze risk signals, conduct customer verification and account reviews, and escalate high-risk cases while maintaining internal controls.

Previously at Concentrix, I reviewed and moderated high volumes of user-generated content against platform guidelines. I identified harmful, abusive, fraudulent, and policy-violating content, conducted investigations, and supported consistent moderation with quality teams.

I also developed WordPress websites and landing pages at The Purple Designs, using SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics to support digital marketing and content optimization.
