What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a data science role where I can apply Python, machine learning, SQL, and Power BI to turn data into actionable insights and support data-driven business strategies.

I've spent 8+ years in credit risk, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance, including chargeback and dispute operations at Cognizant Technology and Tata Consultancy Services.

At Cognizant, I resolved credit-card disputes, managed end-to-end chargeback processes, maintained detailed records, and created management reports, technical documentation, and SOP training materials. Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I monitored high-risk transaction queues, prepared risk and fraud reports, handled chargeback case setups, and improved chargeback turnaround time.

I'm transitioning into data science through Python, SQL, machine learning, deep learning, Power BI, and AWS. I've built and deployed a Streamlit restaurant recommendation system and an LSTM-based CNC tool-wear prediction solution on AWS EC2.
