I’m a dedicated kitchen steward with a strong background in kitchen hygiene management and ingredient preparation. I operate dishwashing machinery, ensure sanitation of utensils and serving trays, and support safe, efficient food service through meticulous organization and timely supply replenishment.

In my roles at Metropolitan Hotel and Hilton Habtoor Hotel in Dubai, I followed chefs’ and supervisors’ instructions, helped maintain temperature control for stored and prepared food, and kept kitchen floors, walls, and equipment clean to comply with health and safety regulations. I also supported waste segregation and recycling, tracked and logged cleaning schedules, and reported maintenance or safety issues to the kitchen supervisor.
