What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building my IT recruitment career in a role where I can manage end-to-end hiring, partner with clients and hiring managers, and recruit technical talent across high-demand technology domains.

I've managed end-to-end IT recruitment at Best It Quest, taking technical roles from sourcing through offer closure.

I recruit lateral and senior-level talent across GenAI/LLM, Data Engineering, Java, Automation Testing, QA, cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, SAP FICO, and SAP MM. I source through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and Boolean search.

I screen resumes, conduct initial HR and technical discussions, and evaluate candidates on skills, experience, communication, CTC, notice period, and role fit. I also coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring lifecycle.

I work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand priorities, build qualified talent pipelines, and maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports. My technical foundation includes Electrical and Electronics Engineering, along with active participation in coding contests and 300+ problems solved on GeeksforGeeks and LeetCode.
