I’m a network operations “Analyst” at HCL Tech, where I configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers to keep network operations secure, stable, and efficient.

I install, configure, and support LAN/WAN connectivity across multiple sites, then perform root cause analysis for recurring network incidents—implementing permanent fixes that improve stability and SLA compliance. I provide L1 and L2 network support, resolve incidents within defined timelines, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendor TAC when needed.

I also focus on IT security and audit readiness through regular patching, log reviews, and DLP checks. Alongside day-to-day operations, I assist in the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable network solutions, with exposure to cloud networking environments such as Azure.

Beyond networking, I built an Ayush Hospital platform and a patient-centric medical app for the Smart India Hackathon 2022—streamlining listing for 200+ hospitals and delivering usability-driven solutions for 1000+ patients. I hold Cisco and Azure certifications (including AZ 900, SC 900, and AZ 104) and continue strengthening my cybersecurity and networking foundation with ongoing CCNA coursework.
