I’m a strategic Content Marketing, Digital Communications & Learning Experience Design professional with 17+ years of experience shaping content strategy, brand communication, and learning journeys that drive engagement and adoption across FMCG, B2B, education, consulting, and enterprise learning.
In my current role as an Instructional Designer at Quess Corp Ltd., I design and deliver end-to-end learning journeys for enterprise clients, including multilingual learning content for Bayer that supports employees and farmers. I create onboarding, induction, compliance, upskilling, and capability-building programs, and I also develop structured learner-centric content in partnership with business stakeholders and SMEs.
Previously, I’ve led creative and content strategy for brand launches (including website, packaging communication, and social media), managed proposals and government/business communication for Canadian clients, and owned digital marketing and content performance across multiple brands. I’ve also helped improve outcomes through initiatives like brand repositioning and growth in student admissions through digital campaigns, and I’m currently building practical capability with Generative AI tools through “AI for Productivity & Business Applications” (Be10X).
