I’m an IT Support Engineer who enjoys turning complex user issues into clear, quick resolutions. In my role at Intuit, I handled day-to-day support through the ServiceNow ticketing tool while staying focused on system performance and user satisfaction.

I’ve installed, configured, and troubleshot printers, resolved driver issues, and supported day-to-day workstation needs. I also configured Microsoft Outlook and resolved mailbox and email-related problems, ensuring users could communicate without interruption.

Across hardware and software, I diagnosed and resolved issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including network and system performance problems. I supported applications such as Chrome, Adobe Reader, and 7-Zip, set up new laptops and desktops for users, joined systems to the domain, and coordinated hardware repairs under warranty with support teams.

I’m comfortable with core security and data protection workflows—installing and supporting Cisco VPN, CrowdStrike, McAfee DLP, and antivirus tools. I also assisted users with data backup and recovery, and I have basic O365 Admin Console knowledge for user and license management, password resets, MFA enable/disable, and account activation.
