What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Team Lead, Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Data Analyst role.

At Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms, I led a team of operations associates and monitored productivity, KPIs, and service quality across client accounts. I delivered MIS dashboards and operational performance reports using Advanced Excel to support data-driven decisions.

I also resolved client escalations through root cause analysis and led process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Earlier, as a GIS Analyst at Accenture Solutions Private Limited, I executed GIS project deliverables and conducted quality checks for accuracy and process compliance.
