I am a Billing Manager with 10 years of experience managing accounts receivable, billing, and cash application across SaaS and on-premises environments. I focus on accuracy, timely order processing, and compliant revenue recognition.

At Kaseya I process daily orders, prepare maintenance renewals, manage software distribution, and provision evaluation licenses while collaborating with collections and processing teams to verify prompt payments. I also assist senior management with external audits and maintain thorough fiscal documentation.

In prior roles at TCS and Accenture I handled invoice generation, dispute resolution, bank reconciliations, order entry, and quality control. I have trained new resources, led audits, supported automation (Fusion), and continuously improved processes to reduce errors and improve throughput.
