I am a data science postgraduate with hands-on experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis. I translate complex datasets into actionable insights for customer analytics and operational use cases.

I have built end-to-end systems including a RAG-based AI assistant with evaluation dashboards and a churn prediction plus recommendation pipeline for e-commerce. I combine classical ML, deep learning, and retrieval-augmented generation to reduce hallucinations and improve answer relevancy.

During an analytics-focused internship I worked with cross-functional stakeholders on large government datasets, delivering BI dashboards and analytics solutions that supported decision-making and monitoring. I also developed a CNN-based semantic segmentation model for satellite imagery, achieving solid segmentation accuracy and mean IoU.

I work primarily with Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, TensorFlow/Keras, and related tools, and I value collaborative, agile environments where I can apply data engineering and ML skills to deliver measurable business impact.
