Abhay Raval

I am a data scientist with hands-on experience applying machine learning and NLP techniques to solve real-world business problems. I have worked on classification and regression projects, delivering models using SVM, Random Forest, XGBoost and Gradient Boosting.

During my internship at Rubixe I contributed to multiple proof-of-concept projects and client assignments, taking datasets from cleaning and EDA through feature engineering, model building and evaluation. I emphasize reproducible workflows and use libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow and NLP toolkits such as NLTK and SpaCy.

My academic background includes a B.Com and M.Com with a focus on advanced accounting, complemented by certifications as a Data Scientist from IABAC and NASSCOM. I combine statistical foundations and domain sensitivity to produce actionable insights.

I enjoy tackling messy real-world data, optimizing model performance through hyperparameter tuning and cross-validation, and deploying solutions that help stakeholders make better decisions.
