What I'm looking for

I'm looking to shape customer-facing telecom, enterprise networking and automation solutions, working across sales, product, engineering and operations to turn complex requirements into deployable architectures.

I'm currently shaping telecom orchestration, automation and network-management solutions at Berkshire Technologies, translating operational requirements into integrated architectures and practical service outcomes.

I've designed enterprise connectivity use cases spanning SD-WAN, managed LAN/WAN, cloud connectivity and secure branch infrastructure. I also built an Azure OpenAI knowledge assistant that reduced incident-resolution mean time by 30% and implemented RAG pipelines for telecom inventory queries.

Previously at Tech Mahindra, I led customer discovery, architecture workshops and solution shaping for telecom operators and enterprise connectivity programmes, including BT transmission OSS work. At Nokia Networks, I designed and integrated large-scale mobile, IP, fibre-optic transport, edge and OSS solutions across complex multi-vendor environments.

I bring experience from solution concept through detailed design, integration and deployment, including RFx responses, technical proposals, demonstrations, HLD/LLD assurance and operational readiness. I work across sales, product, engineering and operations to balance technical feasibility, interoperability and customer outcomes.
