At RBC, I managed incentive compensation decisions by interpreting product, account, and transaction rules and reviewing exceptions that affected payroll. I later took full ownership of referral validation after a short knowledge transfer.
For that process, I handled monthly referral reviews from daily file processing and transaction investigation through commission decisions and payroll submission. I traced sources of funds across platforms and resolved complex cases and escalations.
At RBC, I also evaluated retention eligibility and commission clawbacks, and supported reporting and validation across three applications or lines of business. I trained new team members on scenarios ranging from foundational cases to complex transactions.
At State Bank of India, I worked across vehicle, home-loan, and fixed-deposit operations, including loan processing, commission calculations, and annual TDS reporting. Earlier, as an Assistant Systems Engineer at TCS, I supported a GE Healthcare data project and took on team-coordination responsibilities.
