I partner with Payroll, Leadership, HRBPs, and COEs to resolve compensation and compliance queries, refine offer sheets, and maintain accurate multi-geography payroll inputs. My work also includes compensation benchmarking, pay equity compliance, benefits administration, bonus-plan coordination, and reporting improvements.
Earlier, I supported HR shared services at AM Infoweb and managed high-volume cash operations and financial-product cross-selling at ICICI Bank. I bring hands-on experience in Excel, Oracle HCM Fusion, compensation analytics, HR reporting, and employee compensation support.
