I seek a role where I can combine financial-operations expertise and digital marketing to improve CSP operational efficiency, drive business growth, and mentor teams.

I am an experienced professional specializing in Financial Inclusion operations and digital marketing, with hands-on expertise supporting Customer Service Points (CSPs) across Jharkhand.

As Assistant Manager - Operations (FI) I coordinated statewide CSP onboarding, code generation, technical troubleshooting, and daily MIS reporting, improving operational efficiency and transaction volumes.

Currently I provide CSP technical support, backend monitoring, biometric and device resolution, and lead business expansion efforts through client engagement and training.

I also deliver digital marketing services—social media management, branding creatives, lead generation, Google Business optimization, and basic SEO—to boost local client visibility and revenue.
