At PortPro, I build backend systems for freight operations, including an autonomous AI Sales Agent that handles inbound quoting from request interpretation through ready-to-send quotes.

I led the Quote Marketplace microservice, enabling shippers and carriers to exchange freight quotes with real-time chat and automatic rate generation. I also launched Appointment System v2, improving scheduling success from 60% to more than 90%, and built a rate benchmarking engine exposing lane, route, and equipment pricing through a public API and dashboard.

I work end-to-end across API design, cloud deployment, production reliability, and cross-functional delivery. My work includes carrier-compliance integrations, LLM document validation with roughly 99% extraction accuracy, MongoDB performance improvements, and P0 incident response.

Previously at Yarsa Labs, I built a Game Backend as a Service platform and helped design a microservices architecture for independent deployment and horizontal scaling. I also rebuilt a stalled payments platform into a production system processing $15K–$22K in daily transaction volume with idempotency safeguards.
