Sulthana Ifrath

I am a dedicated psychologist with formal training in General Psychology (M.Sc. expected 2025) and practical experience delivering counseling, assessments, and therapeutic interventions. I currently work at Melete Wellness supporting women’s and children’s mental health.

My clinical work includes individual and group counseling, Mental Status Examinations, diagnostic assistance, and therapy planning, supported by internships at neuropsychiatry and mental health centers. I emphasize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation.

I have led and facilitated awareness, life-skills, and resilience-building programs for community and clinical audiences, and I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care and treatment planning. I also document clinical cases and manage case histories to ensure continuity of care.

I bring strong communication, empathy, and teamwork to clinical settings, plus practical skills in SPSS and MS Office. I am seeking opportunities to contribute to advancing women’s mental health services and to grow clinically within a multidisciplinary institution.
