I've supported psychological well-being across clinical, educational, rehabilitation, and geriatric settings through 240+ hours of supervised internships. My work includes counseling, case documentation, psychological assessments, and empathetic client engagement.

At HelpAge India and Compass Clinical Psychology Services, I conducted observations, assessments, interventions, case-history taking, and activity-based training for children with ADHD. I also contributed to multidisciplinary case discussions and inclusive learning strategies for children with developmental needs.

I'm passionate about blending creativity and psychology to foster resilience and well-being. Through Zariyaa, ARISE, and Solace Global, I've coordinated wellness initiatives, facilitated workshops, supported children and families, and led community education on healthy, sustainable menstruation.
