I am a dedicated counselling psychology professional with practical clinical exposure across hospitals, counselling centres, and schools in Bengaluru and Chennai. I hold an MSc in Counselling Psychology and a BSc in Psychology, with hands-on experience in assessment, intake, and therapeutic techniques.
During internships at the Indian Institute of Mental Health, Mind and Brain Hospital, MindZone Counselling Centre, Cherith Brooke Counselling Centre, and school settings, I assisted therapy sessions, conducted psychological testing and assessments, and delivered relaxation and mindfulness interventions under supervision.
