I’m an AI Automation and Systems Virtual Assistant focused on helping businesses automate workflows, organise operations, and reduce manual workload using smart systems. I build workflow automations, manage CRM pipelines, and improve day-to-day operations with tools like n8n, Make.com, and HubSpot.

I also handle Google Workspace administration—Gmail inbox management, calendar scheduling, and structured data reporting—and use Notion for client dashboards, project tracking, and SOPs. I’m intentional about delivery: every project includes full documentation and clear handover materials so clients can take over confidently.

Some of my standout work includes an end-to-end YouTube automation pipeline that researches topics, generates scripts, produces voiceovers and visuals, assembles captions, and uploads content automatically. I’ve also built a sales lead automation pipeline that captures form leads into HubSpot and logs follow-up activity, and an invoice processing bot that extracts invoice details with Gemini AI and reduced processing time by over 80%.

Before this, I developed strong organisation, scheduling, confidentiality, and professional communication habits through clinical nursing practice. I’ve combined that discipline with remote, results-driven experience as a Freelance AI Automation Specialist (2025–present) and a Web Research Analyst (2022–2024).
