I analyze and troubleshoot client technical issues, maintain assigned incidents, and drive them toward resolution or escalate them to the appropriate team.

For Northern Trust, I also hosted and handled multi-user and application-based outages involving multiple teams. I used Cisco AnyConnect, Webex, Microsoft Office, ESP, and Duo Multi-factor authentication.

Previously, at Cameo Global Inc. A new era technology company, I supported Cisco employees and supervised the APAC chat queue across the Global and GSTS queues. I monitored chat inflow and the chat dashboard, and handled tool issues.
