I'm looking for a business analyst or operations role where I can use data, Excel, process support, and stakeholder communication to solve practical business problems and continue building analytical experience.

I've supported sales operations at Pawzz, following up on leads, resolving customer queries, and tracking orders to keep day-to-day work running smoothly.

I also reviewed basic sales data and stock trends to flag reorder needs and slow-moving items while building client-facing communication skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Through Deloitte Australia's Data Analytics Job Simulation, I built a dashboard, interpreted data, and presented actionable business recommendations in a client-ready format.
