I want to apply my banking/insurance relationship expertise and SAP FICO knowledge to drive customer growth, cross-selling, and accurate finance/accounting work—while learning continuously and contributing to measurable targets.

I’m a Management graduate with professional experience in banking and insurance, focused on customer acquisition, relationship management, and consistently meeting business targets. In my roles, I’ve worked through cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns to build a reliable pipeline of new customers.

At ICICI Bank, I served as an E-Relationship Manager by cross-selling banking products, mutual funds, and SIP products while maintaining strong customer relationships. I leveraged outreach and campaign execution to support business outcomes and strengthen long-term client engagement.

Before that, as a Relationship Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, I managed business counters with partners including Muthoot Finance, Cholamandalam, and Sundaram Finance across Odisha, Bihar, and Jharkhand. I promoted health insurance products, handled cross-selling activities, and supported growth by strengthening client relationships across regions.

Alongside my customer-facing background, I’m currently enhancing my expertise in SAP FICO, backed by strong finance and accounting fundamentals. I’ve also built analytical capability through financial statement analysis, profitability assessment, and risk evaluation using Alpha and Beta during my internship.
