What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own business requirements end-to-end—discovery, process modeling, and QA support—while using AI agent-based automation to improve workflows. I value clear documentation, strong stakeholder collaboration, and product impact.

I work as a Business Analyst, partnering with product managers and product leads to turn feature ideas into well-defined requirements. I conduct market and competitor research, translate needs into user stories, and help shape product scope planning.

I draft 50+ user stories with clear acceptance criteria, then validate and test developed features prior to QA handoff. Through client discovery sessions, I capture business requirements and document current-state (AS-IS) processes using BPM methodologies.

I’ve mapped inefficiencies and built TO-BE models using SAP Signavio and iGrafx, including improvements like reducing cycle times and streamlining key workflows. I also collaborate with stakeholders to refine solution scope, identify opportunities for AI agent-based automation, and define feasibility-based pilot implementation plans.

Recently, I built an AI-powered timecard automation agent that extracts and transforms data into structured JSON, and I integrated notifications via Power Automate with Microsoft Teams. I’m also Power BI certified, and I enjoy combining business process clarity with automation and analytics.
