At Eviden (Atos Syntel), I port, build, and optimize large-scale weather models—including WRF, ROMS, MOMs, CESM, and GFS—for the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology on Linux-based HPC clusters.
I automate reproducible deployment workflows with Bash, manage distributed multi-node workloads through PBS and Slurm, and improve scalability using MPI, OpenMP, compiler optimization, and profiling tools. I also developed an automated HPC profiling toolkit integrating five industry-standard tools to identify CPU, memory, cache, and synchronization bottlenecks in parallel applications.
