At Procentrix LLC, I developed PRIZM, an agentic MCP-based RAG search application designed to replace SharePoint classical search. I implemented vector and semantic search with Azure AI Search and delivered the application on an MCP platform.
I also created a Python-based agentic AI system using LangChain and LangGraph to bring information together from multiple sources, and used LangSmith to monitor interactions. The application used Azure OpenAI models to mine documents and support a policy library.
For Executive Correspondence at Procentrix LLC, I worked on an application that helps executive secretaries gather information from departments in response to external queries. I used RAG with GPT 3.5 and GPT 4, and proposed a microservices architecture connecting Power Platform solutions through Azure Service Bus.
Across my architecture work, I have designed Azure cloud and SharePoint solutions for financial and other enterprise clients. At Freddie Mac, I built an Azure PaaS reference architecture for a Credit Monitoring application and worked on SharePoint modern applications, security, and cloud readiness.
