At ITS Logistics, I architect end-to-end solutions for four production SaaS platforms on Azure AKS, including customer visibility, carrier operations, and mobile products. I led the core TMS monolith-to-microservices decomposition, increasing deployment frequency threefold, and built a generative AI document-processing platform using Azure OpenAI and LangChain.

At Franklin Templeton, I selected Azure through a formal cloud strategy evaluation, migrated more than 20 workloads, and retired more than 50 legacy servers, saving about $450K annually. I also designed a centralized Azure data platform and led Day-1 integration architecture for the Legg Mason acquisition; I'm a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
