I’m a result-driven technology executive with 20+ years of experience leading cloud, GenAI, and application modernization initiatives across complex enterprises. I own and execute end-to-end application migration strategies across modern front-end and back-end stacks in Azure and hybrid cloud environments, and I lead application development and migration to enterprise landing zone architectures on Azure. I use AKS, App Service, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, and Azure Service Bus to help teams build secure, modern, cloud-native applications with agentic AI DevOps tools.

I’m trusted for translating business goals into strategic technology roadmaps while partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions. I lead solution design and proof-of-concept efforts that help customers use Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search for GenAI-powered document search. I also built a GenAI knowledge assistant using GPT-4.1, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, and Jira, following a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pattern, and I accelerate GitHub Copilot and Agentic DevOps adoption across public sector, retail, healthcare, finance, and energy.

Before my current role, I served as a Sr. Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead at Costco Wholesale, where I redesigned and integrated a membership system using microservices-based architecture in .NET and led technical initiatives across scrum teams. I designed and developed the web front end with Angular and TypeScript, built REST APIs and web services with .NET Core and Azure Functions, and supported systems including membership SAP CRM and lab management in Java. Earlier, at Kaiser Permanente, I worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst—gathering requirements for healthcare insurance quoting and enrollment, building claims intake monitoring reports with ASP.NET, and delivering data/reporting solutions using SSIS, SSRS, SSRS Report Builder, and SAP Business Objects.
