I'm Finance Controller cum Deputy Head of Finance & Controlling at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, following more than seven years of progressive finance leadership at Oxfam Nepal.
At Oxfam, I led organization-wide financial management, donor contract management, auditing, reporting, financial control and analysis, annual budgeting, and proposal and grant support. I coordinated with regional teams, headquarters, and country programmes to support decision-making and finance solutions.
My background also includes financial support for the Nepal Earthquake Response Project, cash transfer programming, and leading audits for banks, financial institutions, and public and private organizations. I bring hands-on experience in accounting, compliance, internal controls, team leadership, and capacity building.
