What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute finance leadership, compliance, budgeting, audit coordination, and team capacity-building skills in a collaborative organisation committed to efficient, accountable humanitarian or development programmes.

I've led finance operations for Save the Children International across field and regional offices in Nepal, most recently as Finance Manager in Surkhet. I oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, audit coordination, compliance, and internal controls.

Previously at Practical Action Nepal and the International Rescue Committee Nepal, I managed project finance, administration, payroll, procurement, banking, logistics, grants, and partner financial monitoring for donor-funded programmes.

I'm committed to honest, efficient work, continuous learning, and building capable finance teams through coaching, training, and clear financial procedures.
