I’m an enthusiastic Operations, Logistics and Warehouse Manager with over 25 years of experience, bringing effective, hands-on leadership to fast-paced environments. I focus on quality assurance, detailed inventory management, and day-to-day streamlining through close worker supervision and clear accountability.

As a Front Line/Production Manager at DHL Life Science (September 2023 to present), I ensure clients’ quality and service level targets are met while keeping the Quality Management System up to date, including Training, CAPA, Change Control and standard forms. I manage secondary packaging resourcing, oversee GMP activity against regulatory and customer obligations, and maintain an accurate inventory process using warehouse management systems and procedures.

I’ve built and strengthened teams in previous roles, including Logistics & Warehouse Manager at I&L Biosystems Ireland Ltd (September 2021 to September 2023), where I successfully implemented the startup of a warehouse logistics team for temperature-controlled bio-pharmaceutical/Life Science products. I introduced new SOPs and Health & Safety procedures, implemented the 5S model, and worked with computerised WMS/ERP systems including Buro+, Ariba, Coupa and Tungsten.

Earlier, as Operations Manager at Total Event Rental (May 2007 to September 2021), I directed day-to-day operations for a team of 16, managing stock levels, EAPs, SOPs, and employee training while keeping deliveries safe and on time. I began as a Warehouse Team Leader at Helsinn Birex Pharmaceutical (January 2000 to May 2007), overseeing safe warehousing/shipping and GMP documentation while working with SAP and Microsoft Office.
