I'm looking to build automation and AI-integrated operations tooling for teams that value end-to-end ownership, reliable production systems, and practical improvements to recurring operational workflows.

At IDT Corporation, I build and maintain production Python and Slack automation for a 24/7 international NOC, turning alert triage, escalation, reporting, and ticket workflows into single-click operations.

I’ve shipped LLM-powered workflows using Gemini and Claude for alert classification, shift-handover summaries, and incident recaps, alongside a Flask dashboard for live on-call status and open incidents. I also administer the Windows Server infrastructure behind these tools, maintain Splunk dashboards and alerts, and run recurring security audits across the automation fleet.

My background spans telecom operations, fraud and dispute analysis, process leadership, reconciliation, and customer portfolio management. I enjoy finding recurring operational pain points, designing practical fixes, and keeping reliable systems running in production.
