I'm improving CxO operations at Manhattan Associates by automating recurring administrative work with Power Automate and an in-house AI model. I also build Power BI KPI pages, validate Salesforce reports, and support audit and resource-management reporting.

At Atlanta International Language Institute, I manage daily operations and scheduling for a 40+ person team and coordinate more than 300 annual assignments. I've audited payroll, timecards, and expenses in QuickBooks while building standardized recruiting and training procedures for 15+ new hires.

I'm pursuing a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Data Analytics at Kennesaw State University, maintaining a 3.82 GPA. My coursework includes Lean Six Sigma, work measurement, quality systems, project management, and statistics.

I'm also a co-author on research under review on standard time determination, root-cause analysis, and experiential learning in industrial and systems engineering. Across operations, instruction, translation, and interpretation, I bring multilingual communication and cross-functional problem-solving to fast-paced environments.
