What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply industrial engineering and data analysis to improve scheduling, workflows, and decision-making. I want a team that values structured problem-solving, mentorship, and measurable impact.

I’m a driven Industrial Engineering student focused on turning analysis into better real-world operations. I enjoy combining technical tools with structured thinking to improve scheduling, workflows, and outcomes.

In previous roles, I analyzed service data and customer trends to optimize scheduling and improve daily response times. I also built standardized digital filing systems to increase accuracy and speed of retrieval for both teams and customers.

Beyond technical work, I’ve led teams and developed people through hands-on responsibility. I planned and executed professional development for women in engineering, including organizing and leading a resume workshop to support career readiness and mentorship.

I also thrive in high-performance environments, where I’ve managed large groups and refined technique, safety habits, and consistency over time. Whether I’m improving operational efficiency or supporting others’ growth, I bring energy, structure, and accountability.
