At Providence Fire Department, I coordinated implementation of a new tower-ladder operating standard for a $1.3M apparatus, expanding standardized readiness from three experienced operators to a six-person personnel pool. I also facilitated an operational-readiness initiative with training milestones, competency validation, and performance monitoring.
As Union Delegate for Providence Fire Fighters Local 799, I supported contract negotiations and ratification of a five-year agreement with approximately 21.7% compounded wage growth. I also coordinated workforce continuity efforts during COVID-19 and managed grievances and workforce issues through resolution.
