At Guidehouse, I supported the Federal Aviation Administration’s Mode-S KSN information lifecycle and governance. I worked with FAA groups to align requirements and helped establish the KSN Change Board, its standardization policies, and its fiscal-year work plan.
I maintained user requirements backlogs and helped create a data management process and use cases for storing, sharing, reviewing, and routing documents. I also contributed to automating CDRL submissions and reviews through customized tools.
As Engagement Test Lead, I led quality assurance, process improvement, and user acceptance testing for technical work products across the Air Traffic Services directorate. I also spearheaded the ERAM site collection migration and redesign of the NDA/COI process.
Earlier, at Grant Thornton supporting the FDIC, I managed intranet and internet content production and worked on web application development. At AIBS, I assisted with website and IT infrastructure work; I also hold an M.S. in Information Systems, a B.S. in Software Engineering, and PMP and Scrum Master certifications.
