At Synechron, I test enterprise applications in the insurance domain and translate complex business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
I validate insurance workflows covering policy administration, billing, and payment processing. I also work directly with clients as a functional point of contact, lead demonstrations, and deliver developer training on features and business rules.
I use Jira, TestRail, SQL, and Postman for testing and defect validation. I completed QA Automation Training in Playwright and TypeScript and developed ParaBank, a personal UI test automation project.
