I’m looking to partner with Product and business leaders to build durable engineering systems—CI/CD, QA, and architecture—so teams ship reliably. I want to scale teams with clear career frameworks and adopt AI tooling responsibly to speed delivery.

I’m an engineering leader and operator with 15+ years turning fast-growing companies into teams with durable engineering systems. I partner directly with Product and business leadership on roadmap, prioritization, and execution, so engineering output consistently aligns with measurable outcomes.

I’ve scaled orgs from 3 to 25+ engineers, including one 700% headcount expansion, while building cultures where engineers stay (95% retention rate over 8 years). Most of my impact comes from creating the CI/CD, QA, architecture, and team practices that let companies ship faster without breaking reliability.

In my current role as Engineering Manager at ModivCare, I shaped engineering backlogs into delivery roadmaps across product lines, and I championed AI-assisted development by evaluating and standardizing tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, SDD) to accelerate delivery without compromising quality or security. I owned end-to-end QA strategy across the SDLC (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing standards) and improved CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment risk and time-to-value.

Earlier at Booster Enterprises, I owned end-to-end feature delivery, introduced A/B testing and data-driven prioritization, and led a technical roadmap to migrate from a monolith to microservices—reducing release risk while enabling independent feature delivery. I also built QA and release management with automated testing and feature flagging, scaled the organization by 700% with team structures and career paths, and led annual PCI DSS audits to maintain certification across engineering practices.
