I also launched Nike's first required Code of Conduct learning initiative, managed compliance tracking for 700+ senior leaders, and developed enterprise-wide cybersecurity training and awareness campaigns.

I turn complex compliance, governance, and security content into accessible learning experiences through instructional design, stakeholder collaboration, and tools including Articulate and Adobe.
