What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate social-impact programs and regional initiatives involving participatory research, stakeholder engagement, project monitoring, reporting, and community-based work across Latin America.

I've coordinated engagement with social organizations and political actors across Ecuador on land, territories, agrobiodiversity, rural women, peasant family farming, and agrarian issues. My work includes participatory workshops, fieldwork in the Coast, Sierra, and Amazon, public forums, funding proposals, and annual reporting.

Across FIAN Ecuador, the International Land Coalition Ecuador, and regional organizations, I've supported project monitoring, donor coordination, budget follow-up, documentation, and international events. I also bring research, writing, translation, and audiovisual production experience focused on rural realities, food systems, collective memory, and social justice.
