What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead a team, deliver great customer service, and keep operations moving smoothly. I want a fast-paced environment that values initiative, adaptability, and clear communication.

I’m a Starbucks Shift Supervisor and Barista focused on creating high-quality beverages and food items while delivering exceptional customer service. I also complete store operational tasks every shift and keep things running smoothly by working closely with managers and supervisors.

I lead and delegate tasks, supervise and motivate my team, and handle store cash earnings at the end of each shift. Alongside my service role, I’ve built an instructor and choreography background as a Flag Corps Instructor/Choreographer, teaching students flag and dance fundamentals and earning recognition as a 2nd place medalist in the National Student Convention.
