What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote administrative or digital support role where I can apply virtual assistance, email marketing, customer service, organization, and community-focused communication skills.

I've managed daily retail operations at Healthy U 2000 Ltd since 2021, overseeing inventory, stock ordering, merchandising, point-of-sale transactions, sales reconciliation, and staff coordination.

Through seven years of volunteer service with Kenya Red Cross Society, I've supported emergency response, community mobilization, blood donor drives, menstrual hygiene campaigns, flood relief, and branch administration.

I'm transitioning into remote administrative and digital support work after completing Virtual Assistant and Email Marketing training. I bring customer service, record-keeping, email and calendar management, data entry, and community development experience.
