I’m a committed clinical assistant who thrives in both team environments and independent work. I’m known for staying calm under pressure, adapting to challenging situations, and delivering dependable patient support.

With 6+ years of customer service and 2 years in the medical field, I bring strong communication, flexibility, honesty, and eagerness to every workplace. I work closely with MDs and PA-C’s to support scheduling, paperwork, and daily clinic flow.

I handle patient calls and follow-up scheduling, organize electronic medical records, and coordinate diagnostic testing when ordered. My clinical duties include vital signs, injections, drawing injections, labeling, making casts and splints, dispensing DME, and supporting patient care before and during clinic visits.

I’m also pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work while working in healthcare, and I bring an organized, patient-centered mindset to documentation, HIPAA-focused practices, and continuous improvement. I’m ready to contribute to a supportive organization that values service, accuracy, and teamwork.
