At Henry County School System, I design and facilitate hands-on K–8 STEM/STEAM learning that connects science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through inquiry-based instruction.

As a Rural STEM Lead Teacher for West Tennessee, I mentor STEM educators and share practical strategies, resources, and best practices. I provide feedback throughout school-year project cycles to help educators strengthen instructional design and student learning experiences.

I also facilitate in-person and virtual learning, including webinars for educators and other participants. I model technology integration and authentic problem-solving, adapting instruction to engage diverse learners.

Earlier at Henry County School System, I taught sixth-grade mathematics, fifth-grade mathematics and science, and second grade. My work included standards-aligned instruction, hands-on science and STEM experiences, and grant-supported STEM initiatives.
